Jillene Connors is an experienced sustainability professional, specialising in strategic planning, innovation and business development. Prior to joining Earth Security Group, Jillene spent 9 years at BP, where she most recently led strategy development and implementation for the Carbon Solutions team, which provides climate change and carbon risk management expertise and technology across BP’s portfolio.
Jillene has previously held positions with The Prince’s Rainforests Project, McKinsey & Company and The James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. Her diverse experience includes research, business development, project management, communications, stakeholder engagement and strategy across a range of sustainability topics, including access to energy, water/land/energy nexus, deforestation and climate change.
She holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Gettysburg College.
