Donika Dimovska is the Director of Impact & Innovation at Earth Security Group. Throughout her career in international development, Donika has focused on creating global knowledge and partnership initiatives that translate evidence into practice and promote improved collaboration among public and private actors.
Prior to joining ESG, Donika served as Senior Director heading the Innovation practice at Results for Development (R4D) where she focused on promoting the scale-up of inclusive business models and their effective integration into country systems. At R4D Donika developed several key partnerships with leading global funders such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, and DfID with an impact on health and education systems around the world. Most notably, she led the creation of the world’s largest global knowledge platforms on private sector innovation in health and education—the Center for Health Market Innovations and Center for Education Innovations.
Donika gained extensive and diverse international development policy experience through her work at organisations such as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Action Against Hunger, The Trickle Up Program, Religions for Peace International, and the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI).
Donika holds a master's degree in International Affairs from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York.
